Getting started, briefly
Do we need to install a new app?
No. The coach marks classes in Telegram, and the administrator opens the panel in the phone’s browser.
Does the system take payments?
No. The club takes cash, card or transfer as usual, and the system records that the payment was made.
Can we bring our existing records?
Yes. At the demo we will show importing students, groups and memberships from a prepared Excel file.
How long does setup take?
We set it up free of charge in about 45 minutes: the club’s bot, students from your spreadsheet, a QR code for the wall. Cash, transfers, freezes, parents and kids’ groups — no separate app.
What if the photo isn’t recognised?
The coach can always mark the list by hand. Recognition only suggests matches and never confirms attendance by itself.
